Email autoresponders are special email programs, addresses and/or services that automatically respond to an email sent to an email that was received or a web form that was completed. You can use an autoresponder to send sequential emails to that one request. An autoresponder email campaign can be set up to send a programmed sequence of follow-up emails over days, weeks, months or even years. Once you capture an email address, these messages can be automatically sent to your customers increasing your chances for a sale by building credibility over time.

Once you capture the new leads email, and start the process, you’ll still need to deliver great products and services to your customers. These referrals will drive more people into your process for even more success. Start small and continue to follow-up with every customer, over time you’ll build more credibility and sales will come. Be patient, don’t inundate your new leads with a hard sell sales pitch send them three or four informational emails that will help them before your try and sell them something. Than keep up that ratio, for every three emails of good informational content, sell something on the fourth.
