Does the size of a website affect its Page Rank in Google?
If you are a small business worried about building a website with hundreds and thousands of pages to attract Google and other search engines to index your site, don’t worry about it.
A one page website with great content that follows SEO best practices can get front page search results in Google and the other search engines as easily as a 100 page website. That page needs to be optimized with content around the keyword phrase that you expect searches to use.
Then link, link, link…. That’s what will build the credibility and increase the page rank of your web site page with Google. Ideally you these would be high quality links on pages with high page rank, but any link form a legitimate site will improve your page rank.
So build good focused content, but more importantly get all the links back to your website that you can. Bug your friends, family and associates you can also look for other strategies on our website.
