Focus on Your Good Clients and Customers
Are you spending too much time chasing after customers and clients who continually pester you for more work or nickel and dime every minute of your time? Maybe it’s time to evaluate your current customer base and ask these tough questions. It’s time to figure out where the majority of your good business is coming from.
1) Is your time being wasted with very little return?
2) What’s the best strategy for keeping your good clients?
3) Is this customer worth the time you are putting in to their account?
4) Ask your customer’s what they think of your business, products and service. Do you like their answer and more importantly do they like you?
Focus on your good clients and do more of what they want done. Leverage them for more business and focus on finding more customers just like them. By doing more of the work your good clients want done, you’ll be using time more productively and staying away from the customers who are leaching your time and resources.
It’s the old business, do more with less! It will help you be more profitable, even when the economy is in a downturn.
